Earlier, by the order dated 20.02.2018 in W.P.No.26550 of 2012, this Court had directed the Labour Court, Cuddalore to dispose of I.D.No.4 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.A letter bearing D.No.293/2019 dated 16.07.2019, was received from the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kumbakonam, requesting for extension of two months time to dispose of the above case. 3.In view of the request made, an extension of two months time is granted to the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kumbakonam for disposal of I.D.No.4 of 2009.
