ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to quash the appointment of 5th Respondent as Public Prosecutor, Principal District and Sessions Court, Tirupur alone made vide G.O.(D) No.1213 Home (Courts VIA) Department on 26.10.2021 by the 1st Respondent and unlawful and violation under section 29 Cr.P.C.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that this Court may close the Writ petition with a liberty to file an appropriate petition before this Court.

3. With the above liberty, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
