This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of first respondent relating to the order in Pro.Na.Ka.NO.5014/2022/M3, dated 27.01.2023 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.409/2023/E2, dated 31.01.2023, quash the same and issue consequential direction to the first respondent to allow the petitioner to continue as Panchayat Secretary, Kattiganapalli village Panchayat, Krishnagiri Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective Counsel.

3.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent that pursuant to the order of transfer passed by the 1st respondent, dated 27.01.2023, the 2nd respondent passed an order posting the 4th respondent in the petitioner's place vide proceedings in Page No.2 of 4

Na.Ka.No.409/2023/E2, dated 31.01.2023 as additional charge. 4.On perusal of the entire records, particularly, the impugned order, dated 27.01.2023, this Court is of the view that the transfer order has been passed on administrative reasons. The alleged complaints said to have been raised by the petitioner in this Writ Petition is on different aspect. 5.In such view of the matter, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
