These petitions have been filed to extend the time for a period of 10 days to surrender the accused before the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem District imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14434 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 16.09.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
