This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 26.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10336 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10:30 AM for a period of three months.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required.
