ORDER

After advancing elaborate argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that even though the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2019, the respondent did not proceed with the investigation so far and no final report has been filed.

2. Today, the Investigation Officer present before this Court and submitted that now investigation is in progress and final report will be filed within a period of four months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the matter is pending from the year 2019, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from today.
