ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Miss.Umarani, who is studying X Standard in St.Therasa Higher Secondary School at Thiruthuraipoondi.

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent has kidnapped her on 11.4.2016. In this regard, on a complaint made by the petitioner, the first respondent held enquiry. The first respondent has traced out the girl and produced her before this Court, today. When we enquired the detenue Miss. Umarani, she said that on her own accord, she left her house and she was not kidnapped by anybody. She wants to got with her parents. The petitioner is also present before this Court. He also submitted that he would take the detenue and keep her in his custody safely.

3. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, she is entrusted to the custody of the petitioner. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
