Respondents Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action on petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2023, for conversion of the Adi-Dravidar House sites as Temple in S.F.No.58/A1, 58/A2, 59/1, 60/3, Virupatchipuram Village, Dharmapuri Town, Dharmapuri District, in Block No.34, corresponding T.S.Nos.78,79,80, 81 of the Dharmapuri Town in utter violation of the Condition of Assignment and restore the same to vest with the Government as per the order of the Assignment.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the official respondents to take action against the encroachments on the assigned land.
2. The representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 30.01.2023, indicates that his grievance is only against the tenth respondent in construction of temple on the road.
3. To settle the personal rights between the parties, Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked as a matter of right. It is for the authorities to look into the issue.
4. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.22911 of 2023 is closed.
