The applicant seeks extension of time for conclusion of the arbitration proceedings in Arbitration Case CDN/DFS/005/2019. 2.

By earlier order dated 26.02.2021, in Application No.682 of 2021, time was extended by a period of four months from the date of receipt of the said order. However, learned counsel for the applicant states that only the evidence of the claimant could be concluded and that the evidence of the respondent is yet to be recorded. He refers to the letter dated 09.10.2021 by which the respondent consented to the filing of an application by the applicant for extension of time. 3.
