ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 of IPC in Crime No.284 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] submitted that the petitioner has been arrested on 19.08.2019 and remanded to judicial custody.

3. Since the petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2019, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail has become infructuous and hence the same is dismissed as infructuous.
