Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to admit the petitioner to MBBS course under the Management quota for the Academic Year 2012-2013 in the 4th respondent college in accordance with their Call Letter in Ref.No.MAPIMS/TNCOSEE/ADMSN/CORRES/ 035-2012 dated 19.9.2012 within the cut off date eligible for admission to Medical courses for the Academic Year 2012-13. ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to admit the petitioner to MBBS course under the Management quota for the Academic Year 2012-2013 in the 4th respondent college, the present writ petition came to be filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
