C.M.P.Nos.15843, 15965, 15969 & 15844 of 2025 in S.A. No. 625 of 2014 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1063 & 3723 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of A2 and R5 and to set aside the abatement caused by the deceased A2 and R5 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions stating the death has been intimated belatedly and the delay is neither wilful nor wanton, these petitions are allowed.
