These applications are filed seeking to extend the tenure of the Arbitral Tribunal presided by Hon'ble Justice Mr.A.P.Shah, Chief Justice (Retd)., High Court, Madras to resolve the dispute between the parties that arose under agreements dated 24.12.2010 and 31.12.2015 in case No.2 & 1, respectively, by another six months from 02.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. It is stated that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final arguments. As the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the present application has been filed.

4. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on both sides, time for completion of the arbitration proceedings and to pass an Arbitral Award is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the parties are directed to co-operate for completion of the proceedings and enable the tribunal to pass an award within a period of six months.
