This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.03.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6912 of 2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, in due compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6912 of 2022 dated 28.03.2022, respondent completed investigation and charge sheet has been filed and it has been taken up in P.R.C.No.52 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Thiruvannamalai.
