These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 6 and 7 herein as legal representative of deceased 1st respondent in the above Appeal Suit.

2. Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 08.05.2023. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.P.Valliappan, learned senior counsel for 2nd respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 6 and 7 in the above Appeal Suit.

5. Issue notice to newly added respondents 6 and 7 through court returnable by 17.10.2023. Private notice is also permitted.

6. The learned counsel for appellants is directed to pay batta for newly added respondents within 3 days.

7. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 17.10.2023. 01.09.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
