Heard Mr. P.Ganesdan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 22.03.2022 in W.P. No. 25760 of 2018 passed by the Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent has produced Order in Na. Ka. No. 6237/Aa5/2023 dated 22.11.2023 passed by the Respondent showing that the order dated 22.03.2022 in W.P. No. 25760 of 2018 passed by the Court, which has been confirmed in the order dated 09.08.2023 in W.A. No. 2615 of 2022 passed by the Division Bench of the Court, has been complied and its copy is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
