ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner claims to be the lover of the detenue. Inter alia alleging that the detenue has been forcibly detained by the 3rd respondent, the present petition has been filed.

2. Today, the petitioner, the detenue and her parents are present. The detenue has informed us that she is not in the illegal detention. The petitioner has also agreed that he would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not have any relationship with the detenue in future. The parents of the detenue has also assured that they would ensure that the studies discontinued by the detenue would be revived.
