(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMATHU, J.) Alleging that the husband of the petitioner has been found missing from 15.12.2015, the petitioner has come out with this petition seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, on a complaint made by the petitioner, already a case has been registered and the same is under investigation. Under such circumstances, there is no scope for this Court to pass any order as prayed for in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
