Crl.MP.No.11889 of 2023 has been filed to relax the conditions that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.8709 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.24151 of 2022 dated 23.06.2023.
2.Crl.MP.No.11892 of 2023 has been filed to relax the conditions that the Petitioners shall appear before the Respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.8708 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.24151 of 2022 dated 23.06.2023.
3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.
Side) submitted that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioners are directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
5.With the above direction, these Petitions are ordered.
