This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to issue Patta to the petitioners for the property situated plot No.VIII-B and measuring an extent of 177.44 Sq.mt (1910 Sq. ft) in the approved layout vide No.P.P.D/L.O.No.26/2010 comprised in Old Survey No.8/2 and New Survey No.155/2 (part) Acres 15.98 out of Acres 63.88 and in old survey No.9 and New Survey No.156 (part), Acres 16.52 out of Acres 21.00 totalling Acres 32.50 as per patta No.3311 and sub division in new survey No.155/2B1 AND 156/2A and out of 32.50 Acres, of plot No.VIII-B comprised in New Survey No.155/2A part, situated at, Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner by the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. 22.09.2022 vm Index :
