The above miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the criminal revision.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo from which it is clear that the respondent namely, Mr.K. Nataraj died on 20.06.2021 and Mrs.Kavitha, his wife and N. Yuvan, his son, both residing at Ellithorai Village, Yedapalli Post, Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris District are the only legal heirs. Therefore, this Court suo motu impleads Mrs.Kavitha, W/o.
K. Nataraj and Yuvan, S/o K. Nataraj, residing at the aforesaid address as respondents 2 and 3 in this miscellaneous petition as well as in the criminal revision case.

Considering the fact that the delay is only for a period of 36 days and upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
