Crl.O.P.No.25118 of 2021 in Crl.A.Sr.No.38817 of 2021 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner file the Criminal Appeal against the acquittal (common) judgment dated 10.05.2021 in Crl.A.Nos.42, 44 & 34 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the very same judgment, already leave was granted by this Court in respect of other accused and the appeals in Crl.A.Nos.575 & 714 of 2021 were also admitted.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, leave is granted and the petition is allowed.
