O R D E R

The petitioner has come before this court seeking a direction to the respondents to take immediate action to remove the dust bin and also waste dumped at the entrance of the petitioner's property at No.51, K.K.Salai, MGR Nagar, Chennai-78 and consequently direct the respondents to make viable alternative arrangement for proper disposal of waste.

2. Heard Ms.Surena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent would reveal that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, the third respondent inspected the site along with the conservancy inspector on 10.08.2016 and immediately the garbage bin in the said site has been removed and re-located the same away from the petitioner's premises.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed that the garbage has been removed and the dust bin has also been re-located away from the petitioner's property.

5. Recording the above statement and the averments made in the counter affidavit, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
