O R D E R

The petitioner who intended to conduct a meeting on 17.05.2013, made an application seeking permission of the respondent, which was rejected on 10.05.2013. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Apparently the date on which, the meeting was intended to be conducted has expired and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. However, the petitioner would submit that in case of fresh application is given, seeking permission for conducting meeting on a future date, the same shall be considered by the second respondent.

4. It is needless to point out that whenever any application seeking for approval to hold any meeting is made, the respondents are bound to consider and pass orders on its own merits and also by taking into account, the contingency that may happen by granting an approval.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
