These petitions are filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to file an appeal against the judgment dated 09.06.2023 made in C.C.Nos.9399 & 9400 of 2018 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai3.

2. Heard Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that though the accused have admitted their signatures on the impugned cheque, the trial Court had acquitted the accused and that there are arguable points in the main appeals and therefore, leave is granted as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if it is otherwise in order and list the matters under the caption "For Admission" in usual course.
