This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17671 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the Respondents/ Contemnors submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with on 27.10.2023 and the matter was referred to the competent Civil Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and also filed a Memo of compliance to that effect before this Court today.
