Crl.O.P.No.25119 of 2021 in Crl.A.Sr.No.38821 of 2021 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the Criminal Appeal before this Court against the common judgment dated 10.05.2021 passed by the I Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl. Appeal Nos.42, 44 & 34 of 2021.

2. Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for appellant would submit that after conducting trial in the criminal case, the trial court convicted the respondent and challenging the same, the accused have preferred appeal. The appellate court reversed the findings and acquitted the accused. Against the order of acquittal, the present appeal has been filed along with this petition to grant leave for filing this criminal appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, leave is granted and the petition is allowed.
