O R D E R

After arguing the matter for sometime, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on being pointed out by this Court that there is no challenge in the present writ petition to the notification or altered intelligent differentia sought to be made between the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering awarded by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu and the Diploma in Refrigerator and Air Conditioning awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and training, Government of Tamil Nadu, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to assail the Government Order by which the aforesaid differentia is sought to be made between the same course offered by two different organs of the State Government.

2. Granting liberty as sought for, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
