Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 14.10.2011 made in Na.Ka.No.3925/2011/Sa.Ma3, passed by the first respondent for granting approval for the layout in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of the petitioners land is concerned to quash the same.

The petitioner has come up with this petition for the issuance of writ of certiorari, to quash the order of the first respondent dated 14.10.2011 in Na.Ka.No.3925/2011/Sa.Ma3.

2. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Ansar, the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent has given only technical approval for the layout, however, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the local authority viz., the Block Development Officer.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite an order of the interim injunction, the fourth respondent has already sold the lay out to the third parties.

5. In the light of the above submissions, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
