Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 21.12.2018 made in RC.No.15461/A6/2018 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same, consequently to re-instate the petitioner in service with all monetary benefits.
