Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents do carry the Deity of Arulmigu Seeyathamman at Korattur also to the roads and streets of Ellamman Nagar, Sarada Nagar, TVS Nagar, Lake View Corners, Kandigai Nagar, Annai Nagar, Anbu Nagar, Gopalakrishnan Nagar, Sakthi Nagar, Kavya Nagar, Sivalingapuram 1st and 2nd Street, Balagi Nagar, Srinivasa Nagar, Perumal Koil 1st and 2nd street and Subbulakshmi Nagar on 14/08/2016 to enable the people to offer their worship as they had been doing for the past more than 100 years.

2.A more or less similar prayer was made in W.P.No.27780 of 2016 and this Court has disposed of the said writ petition vide, order dated 09.08.2016, by granting certain directions. 3.In the light of the orders passed in the said writ petition, this Court is of the considered view that the interest of the petitioner is also taken care of and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
