These petitions have been filed (i) to bring on record of the legal heirs of K.S.Nagaraj (deceased) herein as the appellants 2 to 4 in S.A.No.353 of 2019 (ii) to set aside the abatement of K.S.Nagaraj (deceased) herein as the appellants 2 to 4 in S.A.No.353 of 2019 (iii) to condone the delay of 1063 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement due to the cause of death of appellant in S.A.No.353 of 2019

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
