This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to file appeal against the order of acquittal made in S.T.C.No.3906 of 2021 dated 22.05.2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-I, Egmore at Alikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.M.Vimal Bobby Crimson, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the trial court dismissed the complaint for non payment of process batta under Section 204(4) Cr.P.C. and therefore, acquitted the accused under Section 256 Cr.P.C.
