Crl.M.P.No.11629 of 2019 in CRL. O.P. No.19303 of 2016 M.S.RAMESH,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Chennai on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month by an order dated 29.08.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.19303 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19303 of 2016 dated 29.08.2016 on the petitioner has been complied with regularly from 29.08.2016 to till date.

3.The condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19303 of 2016 dated 29.08.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Chennai on one day during the first week of every three months commencing from today in continuation of earlier order dated 29.08.2016.
