passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.15876 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the Joint Director of School Education through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.68714/W3/E1/2024 dated 27.08.2024. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
