The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNSS Act in Crime No. 96 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. Page No.1 of 3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested.
