ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. It is noticed that the order has been passed as early as on 27.02.2023 whereby, the respondents were directed to pass appropriate order granting notional promotion to the petitioner to the post of District Registrar in the promotion panel for the year 2014-2015 on par with the petitioner's immediate junior. However, the order has not been complied till date by the respondent.

3. It appears that the order dated 27.02.2023 of this Court was appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court which was dismissed and further now a Review Application of the said order is pending before the Division Bench of this Court. However, it appears that on 21.11.2025, when the Review Application came up before the Division Bench, the learned Judge who had passed the order, has retired.

4. Considering the same, the case is adjourned by four weeks for final orders.
