[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] When the matter was called, Mr.A.Sivakumar Sivaji, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for both the respondents were before us.

Both sides submitted in one voice in union that petitioner's daughter [hereinafter 'absentee' for the sake of convenience] has since been located, produced before the Judicial Magistrate on 05.08.2023 and absentee is now safely with the petitioner. A letter dated 05.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.448/2023 from the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate to the Government Observation Home together with a report of the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate vide Cr.No.283 of 2023 dated 05.08.2023 and statement of the absentee have been placed before us.
