Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the order dated 08.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.18948 of 2021 to comply with the conditions. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PRABAKAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 08.10.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18948 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18948 of 2021 before the concerned Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
