ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by not complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15993 of 2021 dated 13.12.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that in the Writ Appeal filed challenging the order passed in W.P.No.15993 of 2021, an order of stay is granted.

3. In view of the pending Writ Appeal and in which, the execution of the direction granted in the above Writ Petition is stayed, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
