ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to remove entries of cause title of W.P.No.19163 of 2013 in the encumbrance certificate in survey No.245/1D, 83/2 of Pakkam Village, Gudiyatham, Vellore.

2. Heard, Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
