The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC, 2023, in Crime No.267 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

This is the third bail petition. First bail petition was withdrawn by the petitioner on 21.07.2023 and the second bail petition was dismissed on 13.02.2024. The present petition has been filed in view of the 25 cases registered in connection with Crime No.267 of 2023.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

The respondent police despite registering the cases for a grave offence of cheating by a finance company by producing fake documents, have not secured the accused or vehicle for more than two years. 5.
