The Writ Petition filed Seeking disposal of representation dated 24.07.2019 givenby the petitioner with respect to the tender for working in Vikravandi Panchayat Union. 2.Mr.A.Kumar Additional Advocate General-VII for Mr.J.Purusothaman Government Advocate, states that actual tender notice was published by ''Malai Murasu'' on 26.07.2019, the petitioner was also individually informed on 22.07.2019 and the representation of the petitioner was also disposed vide an order dated 01.08.2019.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner may take appropriate further action pursuant to the notice if he has any grievance regarding the same.
