ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property situated in survey No.158, T.S.No.19 in Block No.6, measuring an extent of 3830 Sq.Ft. situated II Street, Kumaran Colony, Saligramam, Chennai-93.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by this Court in this petition has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
