This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent herein to issue a certificate stating both the names -Anand - Anandhanarayanan and Anand Venkateswaran- refer to the same person, i.e., the petitioner herein, based on the representation dated 07.06.2024 enabling him to sell the property.

2. Though the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 07.06.2024 to issue a certificate stating that both the names of Anand , Anandhanarayanan and Anand Venkateswaran- refer to the same person, i.e., the petitioner herein, the first respondent / Tahsildar, has no power to issue the certificate.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 12.08.2024 rli To
