In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for regularisation of his leave period from 04.02.2022 to 04.03.2022.
2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court, the instructions received by him from the District Forest Officer dated 01.11.2022, wherein it has been confirmed that the petitioner's plea for regularising his leave period and payment of salary for the period stipulated in the writ petition has been complied with and the salary for the month of October has been paid to the petitioner in terms of regularisation. It is also undertaken in the aforementioned communication of the District Forest Officer, that action is being perused for payment of petitioner's arrears of salary and the same shall be paid shortly.
3. This Court records the instructions dated 01.11.2022 received by the learned Additional Government Pleader from the District Forest Officer. After recording the same, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to comply 2/4
with his instructions dated 01.11.2022 by regularising the petitioner's leave and pay him the arrears of salary as per the said regularisation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
