ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents / Corporation submits that the order dated 05.01.2023 in W.P. No. 191 of 2023 has been fully complied. The payments made by the respondents / Corporation in the form of cheques to the petitioner has also been placed on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to get instructions. But by now, the learned counsel for the petitioner ought to have got instructions with regard to the payments made by the respondents. In fact, on the last hearing itself i.e., on 22.09.2023, this Court had recorded the fact that the respondents have partly complied with the directions of this Court, but it is now established that the respondents have fully complied with the directions of this Court. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4
