ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the order dated 01.04.2019 made in W.P.No.6245 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. It is an admitted fact that subsequently, the building in question has been put under lock and seal, the aggrieved person has approached this Court by filing a writ petition in W.P.No.896 of 2020 which is pending disposal before this Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application to implead himself as a party in the pending proceedings.
