This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.123/2014 dated 24.01.2014 within stipulated time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is almost completed and if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
