The petitioner herein based on advertisement had invested Rs.10 lakhs in the company by name M/s.Agrotech Integrated Farmer Co.Ltd. He was allured by promise that he will be getting return of Rs.30 lakhs and interest of Rs.37,500/- per mensum. Since he has not received the promised return, he has lodged a complaint.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on an identical complaint given by Sadam Hussain, case in Crime No.33 of 2023 was registered by the CCB, Tambaram, who is the 2nd respondent herein. The complaint of this petitioner was also taken into consideration and based on his statement as one of the victim in the crime, he has been arrayed as LW.33 and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu on 10.04.2024.

From the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner been redressed by the Investigating Officer and he has been as one of the 2/4

witnesses and support the case of the prosecution against the alleged perpetrator of crime. Therefore, the direction sought in this Criminal Original Petition is not sustainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
